V\u010dera jsem proch\u00e1zel statistiky toho, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje na&nbsp;prodejn\u00e1ch za&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00ed rok i&nbsp;Y2Y porovn\u00e1n\u00ed, a&nbsp;kdy\u017e jsem se to pak sna\u017eil interpretovat do\u0161el jsem ke dv\u011bma z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 situace zrychluje&nbsp;zm\u011bnu role kamenn\u00e9 prodejny.<\/li><li>Probl\u00e9m je v&nbsp;m\u011b\u0159itelnosti toho, co se v&nbsp;m\u00edst\u011b prodeje st\u00e1le v\u00edce odehr\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Uv\u011bdomil jsem si taky, \u017ee m\u011b vlastn\u011b bav\u00ed odhadovat, co se stane d\u00e1l, jak\u00e9 restrikce p\u0159ijdou a&nbsp;na&nbsp;jak dlouho. Posouv\u00e1 m\u011b to z&nbsp;komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3ny. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee m\u011b bav\u00ed vym\u00fd\u0161let s&nbsp;klienty nov\u00e9 cesty jak nab\u00eddnout z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohodl\u00ed, lep\u0161\u00ed informovanost, nebo t\u0159eba jen pocit \u201enorm\u00e1lnosti\u201c. Prost\u011b&nbsp;<strong>lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kaznickou zku\u0161enost<\/strong>. Ale po\u0159\u00e1d je to jen&nbsp;kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd pohled s&nbsp;omezenou dlouhodobou v\u00fdkonnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148, ale lze na&nbsp;celou sou\u010dasnou situaci (covid &#8211; vl\u00e1dn\u00ed restrikce &#8211; posilov\u00e1n\u00ed on-line &#8211; atd.)&nbsp;nahl\u00ed\u017eet i&nbsp;z&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska. No a&nbsp;tady mi ty statistiky jen potvrdily, \u017ee v\u0161e sm\u011b\u0159uje k&nbsp;<strong>urychlen\u00ed zm\u011bny role kamenn\u00e9 prodejny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te\u010f trochu obecn\u011b &#8211; prodejny tu byly (a&nbsp;st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161inou jsou) proto, aby sm\u011bnily produkt za&nbsp;pen\u00edze, p\u0159edstavily jeho v\u00fdhody, podaly o&nbsp;n\u011bm dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed informace atd. A&nbsp;zastoupen\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f je v&nbsp;omnichannelu st\u00e1le v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace a&nbsp;na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010di&nbsp;hygienik\u016f zna\u010dn\u011b omezuj\u00ed interakci na&nbsp;prodejn\u011b jak mezi lidmi, tak i&nbsp;s&nbsp;produkty samotn\u00fdmi (kosmetika, drogerie, oble\u010den\u00ed, obuv, atd.) Tak\u017ee co? Jde o&nbsp;ji\u017e tolikr\u00e1t avizovan\u00fd&nbsp;<strong>soumrak kamenn\u00fdch prodejen<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemysl\u00edm si. A&nbsp;pak je u\u017e jedno, jestli tento vliv bude posilovat d\u00edky prodeji, komunikaci, distribuci nebo (nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bji) v\u0161em oblastem dohromady. Jde o&nbsp;to uv\u011bdomit si, co kamenn\u00e1 prodejna um\u00ed l\u00e9pe ne\u017e online. A&nbsp;\u017ee p\u0159es masivn\u00ed r\u016fst online prodej\u016f n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho rozhodn\u011b existuje dokazuj\u00ed i&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00ed statistiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;dob\u011b, kdy pr\u00e1v\u011b z&nbsp;pr\u016fzkum\u016f a&nbsp;hlavn\u011b z&nbsp;prodejn\u00edch statistik, jasn\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>\u0161krt\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;\u201ezbytn\u00fdch\u201c polo\u017eek&nbsp;<\/strong>(spot\u0159ebn\u00edho zbo\u017e\u00ed \u010di&nbsp;potravin) z&nbsp;n\u00e1kupn\u00edho ko\u0161e&nbsp;v\u011bt\u0161iny dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, p\u0159ijde mi role prodejny jako nenahraditeln\u00e1 a&nbsp;ve v\u00fdsledku i&nbsp;nedocen\u011bn\u00e1.
