P\u0159ed t\u0159emi dny jsem se o&nbsp;tyto z\u00e1v\u011bry pod\u011blil s&nbsp;jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;klient\u016f a&nbsp;debata se n\u00e1sledn\u011b (p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dateln\u011b) sto\u010dila k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee je sice inspirativn\u00ed bavit se o&nbsp;trendech, nicm\u00e9n\u011b \u017ee ty se v&nbsp;na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch v&nbsp;retailu objev\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v&nbsp;Praze, a&nbsp;to nejd\u0159\u00edv za&nbsp;n\u011bjak\u00fdch 3-5 let. Jen\u017ee klientova zna\u010dka p\u016fsob\u00ed celost\u00e1tn\u011b, a&nbsp;to nez\u0159\u00eddka v&nbsp;men\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech, a&nbsp;je tedy ke zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed, zda se u\u017e te\u010f na&nbsp;budoucnost p\u0159ipravit. Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednkou ale bylo konstatov\u00e1n\u00ed klienta, \u017ee on se pohybuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v&nbsp;B2B segmentu, a&nbsp;tam je p\u0159eci jen situace jin\u00e1 ne\u017e v&nbsp;retailu. A&nbsp;tahle pozn\u00e1mka (jakkoliv logick\u00e1) m\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b vedla k&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00favaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomi\u0148me na&nbsp;chv\u00edli v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159ipom\u00ednky ohledn\u011b na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo regionality, \u010di&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed ohledn\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch a&nbsp;nastupuj\u00edc\u00edch generac\u00ed a&nbsp;jejich preferenc\u00ed, i&nbsp;kdy\u017e ke ka\u017ed\u00e9 z&nbsp;nich by se dalo naj\u00edt spoustu snadn\u00fdch argument\u016f pro i&nbsp;proti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne, to, o&nbsp;\u010dem jsem p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel je tohle \u2013&nbsp;<strong>je velkoobchod skute\u010dn\u011b tak jin\u00fd ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00fd retail? Nebo u\u017e jsou to jen dv\u011b strany t\u00e9\u017ee mince a&nbsp;z&nbsp;tradice, setrva\u010dnosti, nebo pohodl\u00ed tu \u201cstejnost\u201d nevn\u00edm\u00e1m?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vezmu to postupn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;B2B segmentu jsou z\u00e1kazn\u00edci profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1kup\u010d\u00ed nebo specialist\u00e9 na&nbsp;konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed oblast. Kategorii, ve kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u00ed n\u00e1kup, v\u00fdborn\u011b znaj\u00ed. Znaj\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed, \u010di&nbsp;obsahy l\u00e1tek&nbsp;v&nbsp;produktu. Znaj\u00ed jeho rozm\u011bry a&nbsp;omezen\u00ed. Dok\u00e1\u017eou si zjistit, jestli znaj\u00ed alternativn\u00ed produkty. Stejn\u011b tak znaj\u00ed, nebo dohledaj\u00ed a&nbsp;kvalifikovan\u011b vyhodnot\u00ed cenov\u00e9 a&nbsp;kvalitativn\u00ed parametry. Pod\u00edvejte se sami, jak se chov\u00e1me t\u0159eba v&nbsp;hypermarketech! T\u0159eba moje \u017eena \u2013 stoj\u00ed u&nbsp;reg\u00e1lu, pro\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 slo\u017een\u00ed u&nbsp;jednotliv\u00fdch produkt\u016f, vyhodnocuje ceny nejen na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b ceny za&nbsp;produkt, ale i&nbsp;podle ceny p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 na&nbsp;univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed jednotku (g\/ks\/m apod.). N\u00e1sledn\u011b si dohled\u00e1 alternativn\u00ed produkty a&nbsp;posoud\u00ed jejich v\u00fdhodnost na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b slo\u017een\u00ed i&nbsp;ceny v&nbsp;kategorii, mno\u017estv\u00ed v&nbsp;balen\u00ed apod. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed ohledn\u011b toho, jestli koupit produkt jinde, kde je skladem dostupn\u00fd (ale mus\u00edme tam dojet), nebo koup\u00ed tam, kde moment\u00e1ln\u011b je, odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed alternativu, d\u011bl\u00e1 tak\u00e9 ka\u017edodenn\u011b. V&nbsp;tom v\u0161em n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed let\u00e1ky, srovn\u00e1va\u010de, mobiln\u00ed aplikace a&nbsp;chytr\u00e9 telefony a&nbsp;dostupnost internetu, ale o&nbsp;tom d\u00e1le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;podstat\u011b se tak z&nbsp;n\u00e1s st\u00e1vaj\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1kup\u010d\u00ed. Museli jsme se nau\u010dit, jak vyhled\u00e1vat, analyzovat vyhodnocovat produktov\u00e9 a&nbsp;cenov\u00e9 informace, jak posuzovat kvalitu a&nbsp;dostupnost ad. To n\u00e1s toti\u017e nau\u010dil tzv.&nbsp;<strong>modern\u00ed trh<\/strong>. To nen\u00ed st\u00ed\u017enost, ale prost\u00e9 konstatov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podstatou z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee rozd\u00edl v&nbsp;z\u00e1kazn\u00edc\u00edch a&nbsp;jejich n\u00e1kupn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00ed (mezi B2B a&nbsp;B2C) vlastn\u011b neexistuje, nebo je naprosto minim\u00e1ln\u00ed. Prodejna je tak m\u00edsto, kde se z\u00e1kazn\u00edk setk\u00e1v\u00e1 a&nbsp;interaguje s&nbsp;vlastn\u00edm produktem \u2013 tedy to, \u010demu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me showroom. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b tak\u00e9 v\u00fddejna zbo\u017e\u00ed (kter\u00e9 zakoup\u00edm nap\u0159., na&nbsp;internetu) ale to jsme n\u00e1kupn\u00ed proces v&nbsp;podstat\u011b p\u0159esko\u010dili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;\u010dem so&nbsp;tento princip tedy li\u0161\u00ed od&nbsp;B2B segmentu, kde prodej prob\u00edh\u00e1 na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b obchodn\u00ed sch\u016fzky, \u010di&nbsp;v&nbsp;jin\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b telefon\u00e1tu, nebo v\u00fdb\u011bru z&nbsp;eshopu a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u011b pot\u0159eby vid\u011bt re\u00e1ln\u00fd produkt v\u2026 showroomu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebo jinak \u2013 druh\u00fd pohled. Jak se od&nbsp;sebe re\u00e1ln\u011b li\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto prodeje a&nbsp;zp\u016fsob n\u00e1kupu v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m hypermarketu, od&nbsp;n\u00e1kupu nap\u0159\u00edklad v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch stavebnin\u00e1ch?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jste ve velk\u00e9m prodejn\u00edm prostoru rozd\u011blen\u00e9m po&nbsp;kategori\u00edch. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b si ho objedn\u00e1te p\u0159es internet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp;tady budou existovat v\u00fdjimky, ale je v\u011bt\u0161ina tak jin\u00e1?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1stroje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch provozech se nav\u00edc pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, \u010di&nbsp;technologie.
